The city has a switched to monthly billing and a new billing software!! Citizens are now able to sign up online by creating a new user account.
You will need your paper bill or account information to do this, including your CID (Customer ID Number) located on the upper left hand side of the paper bill, directly under the Savanna Logo. Paperless notifications and auto payments are now available.
Using the ECHECK payment option is free. Credit card payments carry a 2% transaction fee charge.
